How to Cancel Your Membership

We're saddened to learn that you're considering ending your journey with Aces Jiu Jitsu Club, the #1 winning team in the region. Remember, our club is more than a training ground for martial arts – it's a community, a family, where every member counts, and every absence is deeply felt.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want you to know that we're here to support you through those changes. If you've reached a crossroads with your membership, we'd like you to consider some alternatives we've crafted with your best interests in mind.

Alternative Options:

1. Alternate Dues Due Date: We're flexible and understand that the current plan may be overwhelming given your circumstances. We're open to discussing and adjusting your dues date to better accommodate your financial situation.

2. Temporary Membership Freeze/Financial Assistance: Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to offer a temporary pause in your membership or a reduction in monthly fees. In certain cases, we can also provide short-term financial assistance.

3. Downgraded Plan: If it fits your interests and one is available, we also offer lower-cost plans. These options can still provide access to a significant portion of our training program and could be a better fit for you financially.

4. Long-Term Commitment Incentives: If you feel that your situation is likely to improve over time, we offer discounts for long-term commitments. This might make your membership more affordable in the long run.

We believe in the transformative power of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. We've seen the positive impact it has had on our members and the community at large, and we're confident that it can do the same for you. But if you've weighed your options and still wish to cancel, we respect your decision.

Early Termination Types

Active Member - In Agreement: If you are STILL in the term of your agreement (6 mo, 1 yr, 2 yr) then your early termination fee that you initialed in our agreement is $300.

Active Member - NOT in agreement: If you are NOT STILL in the term of your agreement (6 mo, 1 yr, 2 yr) then your early termination fee that you initialed in our agreement is $0 and you will NOT owe your next month's membership dues as long as you send your cancelation email a min of 10 days before your dues are scheduled to process.

PLEASE NOTE: memberships are NOT month to month nor are they pay by the class. Your membership is the opportunity to train. You are accountable for actually coming in to make the most of your journey.

Please do NOT give our super dedicated an passionate helpdesk a hard time if you did NOT keep your end of the bargain to create a better version of you.
